The staff were most pleasant and professional with any request being dealt with impeccably.
There is a small indoor heated swimming pool,sauna, steam space and jacuzzi which we used at nighttime upon time for the hotel from dinner. Candles abound across the hotel and there are white Christmas lights to the frontage of the hotel to welcome you.
This is certainly a special resort in Bruges Belgium.
