얼굴 마담인 사각턱 아줌마 타르야의 막강한 파워로 밀고 있다가
멤버 불화로 멤버가 교체되고 내놓은 첫 앨범입니다.
나이트위시는 그 동안 여성 소프라노를 메인으로 내세우는 밴드였으나
새 보컬은 팝적인 성향이 강해서 기존 팬들이 상당수 등을 돌리는 일이 일어났습니다.
저야 뭐 그때의 나이트위시나 지금 나이트위시가 둘 다 좋습니다.
이 밴드가 보컬이랑은 악연이 있는건지 어쩐건지
지금 이 노래를 부르는 보컬도 바뀌어서 나간 상태입니다.
메인 보컬을 받쳐주는 똥파워 서브 보컬은 바뀌지 않아 정말 다행입니다.
가장 최근에는 자신들의 최신 앨범인 Imaginaerum을 영화로 만들어 핀란드에서 개봉했습니다.
우리나라에서는 개봉을 안 한 관계로.. 어둠의 경로로 보는 수 밖에 없습니다.
이 밴드의 리더인 투오마스는 개인적으로는 메탈계에서 나올까말까 한 천재 같습니다.
(생김새와 차림새는 조니뎁을 닮았습니다)
